Over the past couple of weeks I've been sharing photos of Erika and Erich's seriously gorgeous wedding from this past December. Today I want to share one last post from their wedding, because everything came together for them to make their wedding party portraits pretty spectacular.
First, they chose an excellent photographer. Jennifer Cody is great at what she does and she works hard for her couples, and it shows. Second, the weather that day was unbelievable! This mid-December wedding happened during a few unseasonably warm days, so we enjoyed 70-degree temperatures and a lovely sunny day. Third, we learned that there might be protests near the originally planned site for these photos, the National Archives, so we decided to move the photos to Meridian Hill Park. As you can see, that worked out really well! Can you believe that glowing fall foliage still on the trees? Totally unexpected, and what a gift!
I hope you enjoy this last look at Erika and Erich's big day.
