Erika and Erich's wedding ceremony at Holy Rosary Church in downtown Washington, D.C., was nothing short of spectacular. The Christmas decorations in the sanctuary, the amazing architecture, the wide smiles, the lush florals by Petal's Edge . . . Every detail worked together to create a truly beautiful wedding.
And those are only the details you can see in Jennifer Cody's wonderful photos. What you can't see is the genuine hospitality of everyone on staff at the church, who went out of their way to wrap this group of people with love; the soaring music, especially the cantor who made the already magnificent liturgy sparkle; the 70-degree weather on this mid-December day, which was so incredibly gorgeous that it was like a wedding gift in its own right.
So yes, everything was just right as these two launched into married life.
