I love Valentine's Day. Love it! In fact, if you were right here and we were talking in person, I'd probably tell you I heart Valentine's Day, because I'm cheesy like that.
So, I know, huge shocker that a weddingy person likes Valentine's Day so much, right? Here's the thing, though: I'm not in it so much for the roses and the chocolate and the fancy dinners out. And that's a good thing, because ever since our little boys were born our Valentine's Days have been decidedly more whimsical than romantic around here.
[Note to Mr. Husband: Please don't take the above statement as a condemnation of roses/chocolate/fancy dinners out. I can roll with those too. I'm flexible like that.]
Really and truly, though, I've discovered that I like making Valentine's Day special for our littles way more than I ever enjoyed being on the receiving end of grown-up Valentine's Day surprises. Kid stuff is fun, and delighted little faces make me happy.
What does this have to do with you? Well, delighted grownup faces make me happy too, and while my four-year-old and I were assembling Valentines for his classmates last night, I was thinking about how cool it would be if I could create something for my readers and clients that would make them as excited as a four-year-old on Valentine's Day. And I came up blank. Until I thought about how much everyone loves a good deal. And I thought, "Hey, I could offer a Valentine's Day discount!"
So here you go:
Book any of our services or purchase any of our custom creations between now and the end of February 2012, and receive 14% off of your total fee!
Does that make you smile like a four-year-old? I hope so!
To take advantage of this great deal, just ring us up or send us an email. The "contact us!" button up there in our menu bar is a great place to start. We'll get together (maybe even over chocolate!) and talk about you, the person and things you love most, and how we can help you bring it all together. Sign your contract with us by the end of this month, and all that love will come with our heart-fluttering Valentine's Day discount. Yay!
I hope you're having a whimsical, romantic, surprising Valentine's Day with the people you love most. I know some people complain that Valentine's Day is nothing more than a made-up holiday, and I guess they're technically correct. But really, how can you not love a day that's set aside to celebrate love? I think we can all use a little more of that.
Much love to you and yours, today and every day!
